a stunning plant which sure fooled me (I thought it was a hybrid:Brassia+Odontoglossum), 4` bulbs topped with 2 or 3 light green 18` leaves, long simple and occasionally branching basal spikes up to 6 ft.+ bear dozens of large 4` blooms which open over several months, atypical flowers have narrow pointed creamy sepals and petals heavily barred with glossy purple-brown towards the base, spade-shaped lip has a deep purple with a large light lavender tip, very nice plant.

Water Care:Potted, Moist; 2-3 waterings per week(let dry slightly between waterings)
