We sell only well-established plants and offer a 2-week guarantee on all orchids purchased from the web-site. Special requests & species not listed on the web-site are only guaranteed safe arrival. We pack with utmost care but cannot guarantee the safe arrival of spikes and blooms, which are too susceptible to factors beyond our control during shipping. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the orchids you receive please notify us immediately at; CustomerService@Andysorchids.com, then send it back (carefully packaged) and we will replace it free of charge or refund your money. We guarentee safe arrival of your order year round.

  • Please use Plant Code, Genus/Species name and type of mount when ordering.
  • We only ship to the United States and it`s territories. For orders destined to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories please call 760-436-4239 or email us at CustomerService@Andysorchids.com for further details as shipping charges and methods will vary. We generally use USPS to ship orders to these destinations.
  • Hawaii customers, please fax us a copy of both pages of your import permit including the permit number, plant quarantine station address and don`t forget to add $35 for a certificate of origin.
  • Purchases paid for with a credit/debit card or money order will be processed immediately. We accept all major creditcards and some digital payment formats (ie. Google-Pay and Apple-Pay where appplicable). Orders paid for with a check will be held until the funds have cleared.
  • We ship every Tuesday for Wednesday, Thursday or Friday arrival, depending on weather, and the type of service selected. During our orchid shows, shipping days may vary or be suspended the week(s) we are not at the nursery (check our show schedule). Our standard shipping is FedEx Express service for arrival on Fridays. During periods of extreme heat or cold we recommend using FedEx Standard Overnight to minimize your plants exposure to these extremes. If greater protection is necessary, we can ship to the nearest FedEx Station, and have the package held for pick-up, at your convenience, and further limit your plant`s exposure to extremes. For P.O. Box deliveries, we must use the U.S. Priority Mail service.See our 'shipping policy' for more details
  • When shipping to a home address, we recommend that you authorize a release for FedEx to leave the package without a signature at the time of delivery, if it is safe to do so. If you have special instructions on where the package should be left, please include them at the time of order. If shipping to a work address, a signature required is recommended.
  • Prices stated on this web-site supersede all previous lists, and are subject to change at any time without notice. If a plant is out of stock, we will refund your money unless you specify that substitutions are allowed. We reserve the right to substitute in our Special Price-Less Collections.
  • Discounts are applied to your order automatically. Orders with a sub-total over $200 will receive a 5% discount. Orders with a sub-total over $500 receive a 10% discount. Specials are not subject to further discounts.
  • Orders shipping in the state of California will be charged sales tax.
