a beautiful miniature relative of the Stanhopeas which quickly grows into large mini-specimens, 1` oval bulbs topped with a single plicate light-green 6` leaf, the plant produces an incredible number of basal spikes over several months, the spikes emerge through the sides and bottom of their teakwood baskets each carrying a cluster of up to 15 gorgeous short-lived (5 day) flowers, these superb 1` blooms have pale yellow sepals and bright yellow fimbriated petals as well as a golden yellow fimbriated lip with red speckling in the center, fragrant.
