this one previously was erroneously sold as G. schlechterii, brought in as seed grown plants from Europe, now correctly identified, this compact plant has a trio of 10` plicate leaves, straight basal spikes up to 18` tall carry 6 to 12 beautiful 2-1/2` blooms, rounded and overlapping sepals and petals are pure white which contrasts sharply with the richly red and rose colored broad lip with a central yellow crest, a magnificent flower
