  • a newly described species from Mexico`s southern state of Chiapas, wide 1-1/2` oval bulbs, up to 3 long and broad 10` x 1-1/2` dark green leaves, apical branching spikes up to 2` tall carry flowers that open successively over several months, attractive 1-1/2` blooms have widely spaced narrow reddish brown sepals and petals with a pale yellow border, lip is white with red-violet venation
