a miniature Phalaenopsis with 2` dark green leaves with purple undersides and warty silver gray roots, 4` to 8` spikes produce numerous proportionately large 1 1/2` blooms, flowers are highly variable in color with sepals and petals ranging from greenish to pink to white, lip is amethyst with a yellow callous, often deciduous in winter.
