micro-miniature epiphyte with small, spherical pseudobulbs that go deciduous in winter, this cooler grower has a cluster of 1/2" blooms that is unique in nearly every way; startling sepals and petals are a very pale creamy lavender; the crinkly lip is a darker blue-violet with pink veins and lilac pollinia, giving the overall appearance of something from a planet other than earth
