a really cool Cattleya relative, small semiterete 3" fan-like growths are widely spaced along a thin rambling rhizome, 20" erect basal spikes produce very attractive 1" blooms that open in succession, sepals and petals are greenish brown with a large three-lobed lip that is crystalline white flushed rose and vertical dark purple striping on the central lobe, a sun lover.
