an attractive and floriferous plant, dark green 4" pseudobulbs topped with wide plicate 15" deciduous leaves, 6" spikes emerge at the base of the bulbs before and during the emergence of new growths, spikes are topped with a single long-lasting wide-open 4" bloom, glossy sepals are greenish-yellow, petals are bright orange-yellow and lip is brilliant yellow with crimson spotting, blooms spring to fall, very fragrant
