spectacular spring display, thin strongly pendulous deciduous canes reach up to 3 ft., dull greenish-purple 3" leaves become deciduous in fall, fragile flowers grouped in two's and three's sprout along the lower 2/3rds of the previous year's growths, 2" blooms are a rosy mauve with a large tubular soft primrose- yellow lip, easy grower and very fragrant.
