a miniature epiphyte found growing on ficus trees, it has a Phalaenopsis-like growth habit with thick leathery 4" leaves, numerous heavy pendulous 6" spikes emerge from between the leaves, buds appear from sheathed nodes on the thickened spikes producing a dense spray of pure white 1/2" flowers with violet spotted lips, very fragrant.
